will be added to the List of Scheduled Zones by means of L.N. 181 of 2018
entitled IMMOVABLE PROPERTY (ACQUISITION BY NON-RESIDENTS) ACT CAP. 246 in the
First Schedule to the said Act. This means that foreigners including
third country nationals will be able to buy properties in this area without any
restrictions and without requiring an AIP permit.
